Book Review: Landline

Hey,
So a new day, another great book to read. This review is about the book Landline by Rainbow Rowell.
Let me tell you a bit about the author Rainbow Rowell, she currently lives in Omaha, Nebraska which is located in the the U.S.A (America). Rainbow lives there with her husband and her two sons. Rainbow has written other books such as Fangirl, Eleanor+Park and Attachments. Have you read any of her other books?
I'm now going to share a little bit about the story with you. See if you enjoy it, maybe then you might read the entire book. Here is a bit from the blurb also know as the small passage on the back of the book. Georgie McCool, who is the main character is trying to make things right with her husband, Neal. Georgie uses her old landline, but this landline connects Georgie to the past. Georgie uses the landline to fix things in the past that seem "unfixable in the present". Is it another chance to start things over. "Would you give your past self any advice and would you listen to it"?
I thoroughly enjoyed this book so much. I read this book because I have read the other Rainbow Rowell books, which I also love. As well as the other books the storyline was very unique from other books and not your typical rom-com teenage book. I enjoyed this book so much that once I picked it up I couldn't put it down. All the characters were well written. Especially Georgie McCool I wanted everything to be okay for her in the end as she was a very loveable character. I highly recommend this book to anyone, although there are a few TV series spoilers if you haven't watched them and planning on watching them in the future. I would give Rainbow Rowell's book a 10/10.

Book Review: The Hunt

Hey,

I know I'm sorry that this review has been a long time coming. But I haven't had much time to do a lot of reading. With the apologies out of the way let's start with the review.
The Hunt by T.J.Lebbon is the book in I'm about to review. First let me give you some information about the author. The authors actual name is Tim Lebbon he grew up in London and is currently living in the countryside located in the UK. He has written a collection of books including The cabin in the woods to the likes of Alien and Predator.
So the book, The Hunt is a adult/crime fiction. It is based around a family who have been picked by a organisation called the trail. They have taken part of the family and organised a hunt on one missing family member but if this member is caught and killed then the family will go free. But if he escapes they die. Then he meets rose they form a plan and the hunt is on...
I did enjoy this book, but it did me take me a bit of time to get into the book and know where the story was actually going. It is full of suspense that made me want me to keep turning the pages and I really wanted to know what happened to them in the end. There is quite a bit of violence in the book so I would recommend this book to anyone that's in their late teens and over. I would give this book a 7/10.
Have you read this book? Leave your comments and questions below. What do you think I should read?
Until my next review, bye for now x
