Book Review: Seizure

Hey,
Welcome to another book blog post from me. Even if you are a new reader of these posts you couldn't pick a better review to start on. With all the recent sunny weather we've been having, I have finished another great book. This review is all about the book Seizure. This book has been written by Kathy Reichs (told you it wasn't my last one on her)
If you have read my previous book blog posts, you should know a bit about the author Kathy Reichs already. But if your new here. Here is a bit about my favourite crime fiction author at the moment. Kathy Reichs has written many books. Just to name some Devil Bones, Grave Secrets and Déjà Dead. But this book is part of her YA books (Young Adult). Kathy is one of only eighty-two forensic anthropologists ever certified by the American Board of Forensic Anthropology. Kathy Reichs is a native of Chicago, where she received her Ph.D at Northwestern. Now she spends most of her time between Charlotte NC and Montreal Québec. Which can be found in U.S.A and Canada.
If you are planning on reading this book after reading this review. I will suggest you read Virals first as it makes sense to read the first book in a series first. But to get you hooked onto the series. Here is a few sentences from the blurb which can be located on the back of the book. "The Virals' home on Loggerhead Island is under threat, rumour has it that a notorious pirate his her treasure in Charleston in 1720. No one knows where." That is just some of the blurb as I don't want to give to much of the story away. Especially if you haven't read the first book.
After reading the first book I just had to read the second one and hopefully I will will carry on reading the entire series. My opinion of this book is that it is a great book to read. I was gripped from the very first page even though there was a prologue. Which keeps you in suspense. When I was reading this book I could hardly put it down as I needed to know what was going to happen to the characters next. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
Overall this book gets 9/10 from me. I would recommend this book to the younger adults and up. Some parents may want to read this book to their kids as it's packed full of adventure. It also may attract people who like reading mystery and some crime fiction. If you liked what you read in this book blog post.
